Save keeps a copy here. Preview opens a printable invoice; choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print window. No DWAI branding on invoices. Tax is applied to the subtotal; all amounts use two decimals. Status is your own record, not a payment service.
Backup & restore
Backup contains projects, saved time, invoices and logos. Keep it private. Restore replaces saved data. Unsaved invoice edits are not included. Up to 100 projects, 2,000 time entries and 100 invoices, within 4 MB.
